MAKE UP FOR EVER STEP 1 SKIN EQUALIZER

Purchasing Make Up For Ever Equalizer Primer was a first for me all around. I’ve never primed my face before applying my foundation, I simply moisturized it. However I began to notice the pores on my cheeks and nose started to become large. This became a problem as my foundation started to emphasize them more. I gave up trying to figure out how to fix it and off to Sephora I went.

After arriving at Sephora I immediately told an employee exactly what was wrong. She directed me to the face primer section where she recommended Make Up For Ever to me. After intently listening to all the reasons why she loved it and  then testing it on my large pores, I was highly impressed. My pores completely became non-existent, and into my basket step 1 primer went.

It has now become my go to primer and I completely understand why you need to prime your face before applying your foundation. My foundation now goes on with a more airbrush finish as opposed to before when you could tell I was wearing foundation. There are ten different step 1 primers you can choose from depending on the finish you want. You can choose from a matte, radiant, or natural finish. I ended up getting a natural finish primer in the color smoothing primer for large pores and fine lines.

Make Up For Ever Step 1 primer claims to assist with balancing the skins texture and tone for a smoother makeup application. It does exactly everything it claims to do. I love how lightweight, smooth and easy it is to apply. I’m completely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to any and everyone who asked about it. I’ve always been impressed with Make Up Forever products, but their primer has impressed me even more.

I would love to try the natural finish. I bought my first primer (photofinish) a couple of months ago, and it broke my face out. I am looking for another to try.

I really want to try one of their primers! If this one is good, I can only imagine how good the radiance one might be
